Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 22 / 12 / 2025

1. Membership Fees

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership is approved and activated.
  • Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
    • Duplicate payment
    • Technical transaction error
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

2. Event Registrations

  • Event registration fees are non-refundable after confirmation.
  • If an event is cancelled by Sai Trivandrum Golf Club, eligible refunds will be issued.
  • No refunds will be provided for non-attendance.

3. Service Payments

  • Payments for services are non-refundable once service delivery begins.
  • Refunds may be considered only for incorrect charges or technical transaction errors.

4. Refund Method

  • All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway and the user’s bank.
